The Flackers Story

Flackers were originally developed in Minneapolis by Dr. Alison Levitt M.D.—a.k.a. The Doctor in the Kitchen—as a healthy snack for her patients. After gaining notoriety within the gluten-free community, Flackers made their grocery store debut in 2008 and can now be found in over 3000 stores nationwide.

More than decade later, Co-founder and CEO Donn Kelly remains dedicated to crafting nutrient-rich, plant-based snacks that make it easier for everyone to live the healthy lifestyle they deserve. We manage our own manufacturing and are a collaborative member of the rich and thriving food entrepreneurial community in Minnesota.

Our Ingredients

Clean, plant-based ingredients that everyone can eat!

We are GFCO certified and use only innately gluten-free ingredients. Our founding roots are to serve the gluten-free community with healthy whole food free from overly processed ingredients.

Good for our bodies and good for the environment.

Our USDA Organic certification covers this, but we go the extra mile to support the industry initiatives towards transparent labeling and responsible, healthy agriculture.

Our crackers are always made with certified Kosher ingredients.
