Keto Guacamole Recipe

Guac is always a winning recipe. Bring this to your next gathering and you’ll be the life of the party! (Nobody has to know that all you did was throw everything into a food processor…)

Ingredients:

4 small ripe avocados, pit and skin removed

½ cup of diced tomato

¼ cup of diced onion

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Pulse several times until ingredients are well combined, but still chunky.

Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad Recipe

This is a great recipe for using up any leftover chicken you might have. It’s perfect as a snack or for an easy mid-week lunch.

Ingredients:

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

½ teaspoon dill

½ teaspoon parsley

⅛ teaspoon onion powder

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Roughly 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

¼ cup cheddar cheese

¼ cup bacon crumbles

Instructions:

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and spices. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Fold in chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon.

Keto Egg Salad Recipe

Not only is egg salad a very affordable lunch, but you have a lot of freedom when it comes to playing around with spices. Feel free to adjust the cayenne to your personal preference, or even throw in a pinch of cajun spice to really spice it up.

Pro tip: Cook your eggs the day before to save on prep time.

Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)

Additional salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Add eggs to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times until chopped.

  2. Transfer chopped eggs to a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and seasoning. Taste and adjust spices as necessary.
