The best part of any holiday, party, or good hang sesh? THE SNACKS.
That’s why we cooked up an easy (and very addicting) vegan and gluten-free nachos recipe using Flackers and Siete Foods Queso Dips that we’re calling Flachos!
Their dip is made with great plant-based ingredients. Here’s their Mild Nacho Cashew Dip’s ingredient list (they have flax seed in them, too. Yay!):
Water, cashews, tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, nutritional yeast, sea salt, distilled white vinegar, flax seed, fermented extract (oregano, flax seed, and plum), coconut milk powder, lactic acid, onion powder, tomato powder, and garlic powder.
Seriously—you have to try these dips with Flackers. Their Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso dip is the real deal. It’s one of the best vegan quesos we’ve ever had, and possibly one of the best in the queso category period.
If you served this at your party, nobody would notice by first taste that it’s made from plants and not conventional dairy—that’s how good it is. What’s even better is that it’s gluten-free, grain-free, and paleo, too!
The Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso pairs really well on its own with Sea Salt Flackers. You and your friends could definitely blow through an entire jar in a couple minutes, so we suggest stocking up on a couple jars for any party because they will definitely get eaten.

Vegan Gluten-Free Nachos aka Flachos
Sea Salt Flackers, 2 packages
1 jar of organic jalapeños
Arrange the first layer of Flackers on a plate.
Pro nacho tip: Layering Flackers for nachos ensures that each bite has the same amount of queso and toppings on it, instead of the top layer hogging all the goodness.
Heat up the jars of queso in the microwave or on the stove. Drizzle your preferred amount of each queso flavor over your Flackers. Sprinkle a couple of jalapeños on top of this layer, and add cilantro and red salsa to your taste.
Repeat the layers until you’ve gone through all your Flackers. Enjoy right away for maximum heat and crispiness.
